  • Can I charge different fees to users depending on whether they are members or non members? “Yes you can. Once soocio is installed, you can create different profiles according to the different types of users.”
  • If I do not have website, shall one be designed before using soocio? ”No necessarily. If the club does not have website, soccio offers the possibility of exploiting the courts online without having to worry about a site. And of course, FREE OF CHARGE.”
  • When will I receive the amounts paid for the bookings? “The settlement is done monthly, although you can access the data at anytime. Soocio presents the data in an Excel sheet that you can export when you wish to do so.”
  • What do I need to use the platform? “Internet conexion to consult the data and make reservations from your sport club.”
  • Does the club need a TPV in order to use the system? “No, soocio already has a secured TPV. The platform pays and maintains the TPV”.
  • How do I know whether the user currently enjoying the facilities has alteady paid? “You can access the information regarding reservations at anytime. In addition, and always in accordance with your rules, the user could go through the reception before using the court.”
