Reservations
If the company offers services that can be paid in advance (sports, classes), the system is free of charge for the company. Soocio offers a complete management system that will help the company to be in contact with its users, control its reservations, and with no cost. There is no charge for reservations made directly with the company over the telephone or in its office, in case the company also offers those possibilities. Soocio only charges for on-line reservations, a commission to the user of €1 for management costs, as it is the case when buying tickets on-line to go to the movies. The on-line appointment system is intended to clinics and other type of businesses. The difference is in the fact that users do not pay in advance for the service.
Appointments
The systems allos the company to be in contact with its clients and to manage all the information in an easy and CLEAR way, enabling the company to send out bulletins automatically.The monthly fee charged to the company totals €24.95 for the first 50 appointments. This fee includes the email and SMS sent to the user in order to remind him/her of the appointment.
